How to Cancel

All cancellation requests must be made directly to our team via email at aastha@zippymiles.com or by calling +91 9310299480. For your request to be considered, it must be submitted during our official working hours. Requests received after hours will be reviewed the following business day. We urge you to act promptly—time matters.


Cancellation Charges That Apply

Every cancellation affects our operations and commitments with airlines, hotels, and local partners. Below are the standard charges applicable for package cancellations:


For Tour & Travel Packages:

30 days or more before the departure date: 10% of the total booking amount is retained.
15 to 29 days before departure: 25% will be withheld.
7 to 14 days before departure: 50% of your booking cost becomes non-refundable
Less than 7 days before travel: 100% of the amount is forfeited—no refund will be processed


For Hotel Bookings:

Hotels have their own strict policies. In most cases, cancellation fees may range from a single night’s charge to the entire stay depending on their terms. Refunds are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated at the time of booking


Refunds

If your cancellation is eligible for a refund, rest assured we’ll process it as swiftly as possible. Refunds are typically initiated within 7 to 10 business days. Please note that this timeline is post-approval, and the amount will be credited to the original payment method. Zippymiles is not responsible for any additional delays caused by your bank or payment gateway


Booking Modifications

We understand that plans can change. If you prefer to alter your travel dates or make adjustments instead of cancelling, we encourage you to reach out at the earliest. Changes are subject to availability and may involve recalculated pricing or provider-imposed fees. Delay in notifying us may result in fewer options or complete forfeiture of your booking.


Force Majeure

Life is full of surprises—and not all of them are pleasant. In the rare case of natural disasters, epidemics, political unrest, or travel restrictions enforced by local or global authorities, Zippymiles will go above and beyond to work with our partners on your behalf. However, we do not guarantee refunds in such scenarios. Refunds, if any, are entirely at the discretion of third-party service providers


Group Booking Cancellations

Large group reservations often involve custom planning, blocked inventory, and negotiated rates. As such, group cancellations follow separate, more stringent terms agreed upon at the time of booking. If your group intends to cancel, we strongly recommend contacting us immediately to understand your specific terms.


No-Show Policy

If you fail to show up for your trip or any component of your booking without informing us in advance, it will be treated as a no-show. In such cases, the entire amount is non-refundable. No exceptions will be made, as this not only causes loss to us, but also to our service providers who reserve time and resources specifically for your journey.
